CGE Members support the goals of CGE to promote closer cooperation and active participation in CGE programs and activities. CGE membership applications are welcomed by the CGE Board and Executive Committee. CGE memberships of private American accredited universities and colleges are voted on by the Board of Directors. Affiliate Members, primarily overseas universities, are voted on by the Executive Committee.
CGE Member and Affiliate Member administrators, faculty and students aspire to develop a worldview that respects the history and cultures of citizens in all nations. Educational development enhances the ability and prospects for contribution to society and cooperation within diverse spheres of global influence.
CGE full member universities and colleges meet three membership criteria:
1) Registered as a USA private university or college
2) Accredited by one of the USA accrediting bodies (SACS, Higher Learning HLC, Middle States, New England, North Central, Northwest, or WASC)
3) Recognized as a Christian university or college in the USA
